UK students can request course equivalencies from other institutions by completing this form. Before submitting, please check if your transfer coursework has established UK equivalency information in our online database. If you are not sure if your course is already equated or if you have additional questions, please contact the UK Transfer Center at uktransfer@uky.edu.
